How do I change the rate stuff drops when Im mining and how much drops?

Well then I guess you need to learn how to read.

In constants.ini

Under AsteroidConsts - MAX_LOOT_PER_ASTEROID = ####

Change #### to whatever number you want it to drop.

To change the frequency at which stuff drops, well I'll let you figure that out.

Don't come here expecting everything handed to you on a silver plater with a fork and napkin. We had to take the time to figure out, so can you.
