I am sorry if this has already been asked but i couldn't find it in the posts. Is there a way to make my ship produce more power to power better weapons?

sure, you can create buyable powerplant upgrades. This has been mentioned before, but it is hard to find what you need here. I have already made this type of modification to the game and you can download the files to look at and use here:

Apparent you didn't read the post that says --- Read this first!!

You can find it in the misc_equip.ini. Change the reactor power for the ships.

Next time don't say you read the posts when you didn't.
