activating jump holes?

I know this has been discussed, but I cannot for the life of me find the post, and the search function is disabled So, the question: how does one enable jump holes in MP? As far as I can tell, most (all?) are disabled by default. At least, the ones I seem to find

Also, I've seen reference to a program for extracting the binary inis, but haven't found it around while googling. Whereabouts might I find that?

The .ini files for freelancer?

initialworld.ini contains the data on locked gates/holes you're looking for.

the utility you seek is called BINI... up for grabs in the utilities section.

OK, so, I looked into initialworld.ini , and saw what I thought I should comment out. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked out.

What I commented out were the numerous lines such as:

locked_gate = 2926089285 ;St01_to_St02_hole
locked_gate = 2926433351 ;St01_to_St03_hole

So ... what is it that I'm missing? Like I've said, I wish I could search the forums I've looked again, and I know I saw a post about this within another thread, but cannot find it.
