I can''t change the values in ini.

When I open up the files to edit the game all I get is weird symbols, boxes and triangles. How can I clear this up.

The file is compressed. You have to get the "uncompressor" available on this site. Check out the thread titled "READ BEFORE POSTING" to get it.
