Changing Level Req on Weapons

Yes, a stupid question, but I'm still new to this modding this game. I just downloaded a mod which adds a Sabre, and all the Class 10 weapons to Manhatten, the only problem is that there is a level 10 req on the weapons, and I want to use them starting at level 1 through the SP game, to see what it's like. So my question is, where do I look and what do I edit to change the level requirement on all the class 10 weapons?

Sounds like my mod. Is it Cheesemod? Well, I would tell you cause I know, but you should look for it yourself

Here is how you change the level requirement on weapons.

First it is NOT on the equip_weapon.ini itself. It is a put in around about way.

1) look in Market_Misc.ini this file contains what base market sells what items.

2) The entry for a weapon will state first what level you must be to buy it. So if it says zero, no level, says 6 the market info weapon will say must be level 6 to purchase this weapon.

3) If you change this said weapon from level 6 to levl 13 requirement, simply change 6 to 13; when you try to buy it at a lower level the in game message will say you are not at a high enough level to buy this;

BUT this is where everyone gets confused..

4) The weapon's InfoCard will still say only level 6 requirement! Just Edit info card to state in text that it is 13 now to display properly.

Now when you go to select the weapon, you must be level 13 and the weapon info card will NOT say level 13 required, but if below level 13 it WILL say level 13 weapon required.

5) Gun (or any) Hard points can be flagged direct as having requirements for what level or even special type of weapon/Har Point type it can handle by editing hp_ = HPpoint10 or specila equipment hp_ = nomads level 10 what ever.

You do not want people sticking your new Uber weapon level 13 on a n00b ship hard point. This filters that out.
