Running FLServer with mods, but without Mod manager?

I want to know if I can run my fl server with mods, but without replacing the ORIGINAL ini and dlls and without the use of Mod Man.

My mod is incompatible with mod manager or something.

I used to hate weddings cause all my aunts and grandmas would poke me and say "Your next sonny[!" They stopped when I started doing it to them at funerals
