Liberty Cruisers. WHERE CAN I GET ONE?!?!

I want a Liberty Cruiser but i don't know where to get one. Can someone tell me where to get one?

..now you have to make it buyable at a base....see the other tutorials how to figure this out. The package name of the ship is:

li_cruiser_package
