****HELP****Editing Weapons!

Which files do i look for if i want to edit? say a beam weapon from the justice mk1?
I've tried:
weapon_equip.ini
market_misc.ini

and im getting no where, the gun im trying to alter, justice mk1 heres wat i did:

Have already chked if files are in right place but apparently nothings working, since the justice mk1 is already sold in manhattan, market_misc needs not be changed right>? Would appreciate any help i can get on this. Thanks

Did you actually test that in battle? Because you won't see any changes in weapon's stats (infocards).

I increased mine to 9000 and yes it does show in game


energy_damage = 0 - SHIELD DMG mine is 9000 and it shows in game
weapon_type = W_Laser01
one_shot_sound = fire_laser1

lifetime = 0.800000 - this is how long the ammo fired lasts in space if you
increase to 6 means it will last 6sec and go farther into
space..i can hit people from 6k away instantly

wont use any energy (mine fire 33/sec and use no
energy.)

refire_delay = 0.100000 <--- edited this down from 0.12 (lowering that little doesnt make much a difference..go down 0.03 or 0.0004 and so on)

muzzle_velocity = 750 <--- wats this for?? (this means how fast projectile is if
you increase to 6000 it will hit instant

bad kitty,
alright, i tried to make the sunslayer torp a big nuke in space. i onley edited the explosion should i also mod the munition?
