to edit ship prices goto the \DATA\EQUPIMENT\ folder

Ship prices are in good.ini you'll need ot know the nickname of the ship eg or_elite = Anubis heavy fighter

Shields and thruster can be found in st_good.ini eg :

I use this app for editing as its name suggests its Quick Dirty and Ugly
Bini QDU v1.1

If you open and save the ini the proggies 1st decompiles the info into plain text and saves it in the orignal ini file and makes a copy for you with a filename.ini.txt most handy.
