title says it all really,lol.
can some1 remind me where to edit the price of the ships plz,i found it the other day and now ive lost it again.

Your title is indicative of "ricing" out a ship.

The prices for ships can be found in goods.ini.

Match up the Name of a ship to it's ID in shiparch.ini, then take it's nickname and find it in goods.ini as a line that reads ship=<nickname>.
