Changing difficulty level??

Hello! I seek your counsel.. what ini file would I have to modify (and how) in order to be able to tweak the SP game's difficulty settings?

This should probably be in the Editing forum. BTW though, I wouldn't mind if it could be done, since I find the game largely too easy.
