Clashing Weapons

Well, Okay, the RH Gunboat is online and working. And when I put in Wanderer's Battleship, the two weapons clash.

I mean. The RH Gunboat can use the Battleships Turret level 9 (Missles) and Turret level 8 (GUNS)

Any way to fix this? Make it so that they dont clash?
