Editing Info Cards of Ships , Equip.....

What files contain this infromation? I want to make some new weapons n' stuff but doesn't quite feel right if I cant change the names and desc.

The names for the weapons are in the equipresources.dll file. This file does NOT contain the description for the weapons though.
