is there anything past the nomad mission where you shoot the artifact at them

Nope, that is the one and only time its used, and its scriped based. Nothing like it for user use.

no i mean the mission where you shot the artifact at them is there a mission after that im on level 18 or rank i forgot what its called

That story was left wide open at the end.
I can't tell you how many times I've played it, and still to this day...
Orillion has never contacted me again since.

I'll bet he went though that hyper gate in some fit of madness...
never to be heard from again.
