Can someone tell me where I can upgrade my shield? I have a level seven shield at the moment (in my Eagle) and this is the weakest part of my ship.

Outcasts and Corsairs have level 10 shields so you're looking at Omega-41 or Omicron Gamma for the Corsairs or Omicron Alpha or Beta for the Outcasts.

Thanks for that. I`m on Omicron Theta, (Corfu) so not too far away.
Just noticed a job here for 360.000 credits!

In the unmodded "Vanilla" Freelancer,
the best shields you can get your hands on
are Class 10 Positrons or Class 10 Moleculars
(depending on what weapons your opposition has)
since nothing above Class 8 Gravitons exists for the player.
(Maybe it was DA's way of balancing the game)
