Heya all!
anyone know where the debilitator can be purchased? it's a class 6 gun.

I'm not sure, but I think it's a civilian weapon.(corporation bases)
There's also the Borroco, that's a shield buster.

I think you can also buy it at Roppongi Station in New Tokyo and Bonn Station in New Berlin, I remember buying class 6 civ guns from both of those stations, so It'd make sense that the Debilitator would be there too... I may be wrong but meh.

if you can, i would reccomend the advanced debilitator, simply because it is better.

i think you can buy it at Detroit Munitions in NY.

If you're after a Pulse gun, it's worth your time to befriend the Corsairs and buy a couple of their Tizona del Cid guns. They're the best shieldbusters bar none.
