What a wonderful surprise

Yesterday morning, I was sitting around, studying for an exam later that day (Computer organisation and architecture, very interesting, just difficult to remember, also have to know assembly)
Anyways, i was busy with the representation of floating point numbers when there was a knock on the door, when I opened, I was handed this
To my surprise it was for me. A client at the place where I used to work sent it from him and his sons to wish my luck with my exams and studies.
This was a totally unexpected, but also totally wonderful.

It was a fruit and flower boquet(sp?) also had in grapes, peaches, oranges and a pineapple.
Oh and two chocolates!

only two chocolates? if it wasn't full of at least two {idozen of the finest quality belgian chocolates, Mrs Taw would have shoved such a thing back in my face and sent me packing off to get more (and what she'd have done with the fruit doesn't bear thinking about.) You're obviously more easily satisfied.

So what's the plan for the fruit? having a fruit salad tonight then? watch out for the guava halves and mangoes, don't let the Watutsi warriors get hold of them, or the Battle of Umboto Gorge will be on again!

Well, tince it was supposed to be fruit and flowers, the fruit made it look beautiful, I was surprised to find any chocolates at all.
It was hidden in the flowers where it wouldn't spoil the display.

And guavas have been banned here
